Wi-Fi On: One Free App. Millions of Free Hotspots. The Best Connection — Wherever You Are!
NOTE: WiFi ON is for C Spire Wireless Android customers only.
Welcome to WiFi ON from C Spire Wireless!
WiFi ON delivers instant access to free WiFi in millions of locations. By helping you manage access to both WiFi and mobile networks, WiFi ON gives you the best available connection wherever you are, indoors or out, WiFi or cellular.
WIFI ON gives you all this:
• Free and Easy Data — Automatic, hassle-free connection to 20 million hotspots at home and abroad for data that doesn’t count against your plan.
• Wi-Fi Quality Control — Connect to only the best quality WiFi; WIFI ON will move you back to cellular if WiFi quality drops.
• The Best Connection — WiFi ON compares LTE and WiFi performance wherever you go, automatically connecting you to the best available network.
• Custom Connectivity Controls — Want to take charge? Set your smartphone to prefer WiFi or cellular with a single screen swipe. Or let WiFi ON manage connections for you, in real time.
No more complicated Wi-Fi log-ins
Once installed, WiFi ON operates in the background. No user action is required, making connecting to millions of Wi-Fi hotspots one of the easiest things you could do. Just set it & forget it!
WiFi ON enhances the native Android connection manager by navigating the connection process for you. For example, many public hotspots require a user to launch their device’s browser, find a registration page and tap to accept “Terms & Conditions” before they can get a Wi-Fi connection. But with WiFi ON from C Spire Wireless you don’t have to get involved — you’re connected before you even reach for your smartphone.
Best for connections, best for battery life
WiFi ON keeps your phone’s WiFi radio inactive unless there is WiFi nearby, minimizing power drain. (Note: it will not turn off WiFi if you have manually activated it)
